Wishbone Farms was created by the brother & sister team of Josh Lebowitz and Eva Pesantez in the beach town of Southampton, NY.

In 2021, with ongoing pandemic-related restrictions, dining in restaurants was still not ideal for families and the team was in search of interesting and healthy meals to enjoy. Wishbone Farms’ primary quest was to solve the problem of there not being enough options for craveable, high-quality prepared snacks, meals and more.

Now relocated in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Eva and Josh combine 60+ years of the hospitality experience to make a one of a kind ‘Farm-to-Fridge’ menu, complimented with a curated grocery selection.
